How the alt-right weaponized free speech – Maclean’s Magazine

Yes, this is an old article I just found it

Quote from the Article

“By far, the most remarkable image to emerge from the day’s brawl saw Nathan Damigo, a former Marine—and convicted felon, and white supremacist—punching a black-clad, female counter-protestor square in the face.”

http://www.macleans.ca/opinion/how-the-alt-right-weaponized-free-speech/?utm_source=macleans&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=recirc&utm_content=tag_list

Of course! And I say that unironically, Maclean’s magazine either didn’t check or more likely choose to ignore the fact that Moldylocks was actively involved in the riot, and in one video may have even been using improvised hand grenades in the form of m-80’s stuck in glass bottles and throwing them into the crowd.

This fact all by itself moves Louise Rosealma from simply being a spectator to someone who was an actual combatant. That means that you’re no longer subject to any kind of charity or amnesty from your opponents unless you surrender. That and the simple fact that in my case anyone that pulls a weapon on me regardless of gender is going down and going down hard. Then again Maclean’s and more than a few other places also ignored this post by Moldylocks as well.

Moldylocks

So here’s the bottom line you regressive fappers! If you think the Alt-Right or anyone else that has been actively opposing you is using free speech as a weapon. Then come on out and challenge them on it. Don’t hide behind no comments allowed articles, or only allow comments for 24 hours because your article can’t hold up to the heat once it’s been outed. Don’t send out Antifa Goons to try and intimidate us. Or do what Clementine Ford did the moment she got called out by Milos Yannapoulos and run away and pretend that you’re somehow above a debate when you’ve actively harassed your critics or anyone else that has disagreed with you.

No! You whiny little snowflakes try fighting out in the open because at this point everything you’re doing is simply delaying the inevitable. And I’m pretty sure my readers know what that is.

‘Problematic’ Makeup Removing App ‘MakeApp’ Causes Mass Triggering – InfoLiberation response

This reminds me of something that happened a few months called Project Harpoon

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-3203538/Horrifying-Facebook-page-edits-images-plus-size-models-overweight-strangers-look-thinner-creators-claiming-help-misguided-women-potential.html

https://encyclopediadramatica.rs/Project_Harpoon

Back when this happened it caused a massive outcry from a certain segment of the population (Let’s be honest here Fatties). And the site was taken down after an intense weekend-long mass flagging campaign from Fatties, Feminists and their Cuck Supporters everywhere.

If my language is sounding harsh here it’s because of the level of self-delusion that people. In particular fat women have to engage in to maintain this is staggering. Anything that shatters this will almost always cause an angry reaction.

This particular app has the same feeling about it. Women as a group don’t like being made to look bad. So it was really no surprise when there was some blowback about this app.

What was surprising was how far some people were willing to go to defame the person who created it.

Business InsiderThis prompted a strong and not surprisingly angry reaction from the creator of the ap

It has nearly the exact same feel as Project Harpoon did a few months. The only difference being that in this case, you don’t have insecure fat acceptance harpies who have devoted all their time to being in denial about how they look doing the bellowing. This time it’s coming from the press who in a move that is likely the standard operating procedure. Simply tried to link him to the Kremlin and hoped that nobody would fact check. Well someone did fact check and now another publication is now in trouble. It’s reaching the point where critical mass is going to be hit with the mainstream media and once that line has been crossed there will be no uncrossing it.

Not white myself, otherwise, I would’ve been out there posting these up too. To the idiots that get offended by someone being proud of their ancestry. Being proud of who you doesn’t mean that you a racist or against someone who isn’t of your race. I’m native american myself, proud of that, I also happen to believe that it’s fucking awesome being a guy! Does that make me a misogynist?

More than likely logic is most on the critics and apparently given the constant doubling down by SJW’s this is just going to keep escalating until someone gets themselves killed.

Just from me though Yes… It’s OK to be White

Last week we covered the story of a formal Police investigation being launched over the alleged hate crime that recently occurred at Boston College. A crime that was nothing more than the placement of a single poster on campus with the words “Don’t apologize for being white.” Seemingly inspired by this development and the overblown reaction to it. The infamous…

Taking it to another level, The Raid Style Article. The new strategy of regressives online and how we can counter it! Hint: it’s not a simple solution

I recently came back to The Red Pill Nation after a very LONG hiatus! I’m still not sure why I stopped for a while. I did keep the facebook group going and it’s at 1083 members and climbing.

09xp-weinstein-master768-v3

My full on return was brought on by the fallout that Harvey Weinstein created in the film community. This fallout didn’t just occur in Hollywood but also caused at least one person here to lose their job and for me personally, I had to spend a half day or so investigating the odd disappearance of several film contacts that just up and blocked me and one group that I got kicked out of. I started asking around and found out that I wasn’t the only one this had happened to. In my case, I did nothing wrong and broke no laws this didn’t stop people from using an event 10 years ago to settle a grudge.

And thus I came back slowly at first then I spotted this article by Ian Miles Cheong

http://dailycaller.com/2017/10/16/islamic-art-and-architecture-expert-debunks-claims-about-muslim-vikings/

Viking Warriors

Started following this story and wouldn’t you know it these idiots tried to play the race card

Ian Miles Cheong

https://www.truthdig.com/articles/yes-white-supremacists-vikings-muslims-thor-brown/

But wait! The rabbit hole gets deeper, not only did truthdig.com try to play the race card but they also only allowed comments on the article for less than 24 hours before closing them. Naturally, though this didn’t stop an actual academic from taking a closer look at the findings (Ironically with the last name of Mulder) and the whole narrative went down in flames. Red Ice TV did a kick-ass takedown of this story as well

And yes, I did my tiny part as well.

Now you would think that it would end there but it didn’t. One week later this article appeared on my Twitter feed

MUSIC Polaris Music Prize 20170918

Halifax music festival apologizes for ‘overt racism’ after volunteer refuses to give spot near stage to women of colour

Pimienta invited “brown girls to the front” during her Oct. 19 show. The outspoken singer, who took home the Polaris Prize for her album “La Papessa” last month, frequently asks her audience to welcome people of colour to the front of the stage. In turn, she requests that white people move back.

Not surprisingly there were several whites, including a photographer that refused to do this. Now had the races been reversed there would’ve been an outpouring of anger that we never would’ve heard the end of. Now here’s where it gets good. The Halifax Pop Explosion APOLOGIZED TO HER! No, they never admitted any wrongdoing and for a few days, I thought about doing a blog just on this incident. First, there was the apology itself from Halifax Pop Explosion.

Dear attendees, fans, artists, staff, volunteers, and folks otherwise involved in the Halifax Pop Explosion. On Thursday, October 19 at the Marquee Club, a white HPX volunteer along with several other white people in the audience reacted to Lido Pimienta inviting “brown girls to the front” of the venue with overt racism. This volunteer was removed by Lido herself. They have since received notification from the festival that they are no longer welcome to volunteer with us.

We will not accept this behaviour and neither should you. Be responsible for your friends – talk to them and support them as they move towards unpacking their racism. People of Colour deserve safe spaces and it is your responsibility to help. It is also ours.

The Halifax Pop Explosion has worked hard in the past year to learn what embracing anti-racism and actively being inclusive of People of Colour and 2SLGBTQ+ folks entails. We take responsibility for missed opportunities to actively support POC artists this year and promise to build meaningful infrastructures within our festival through which to better support these communities in the future.

Halifax Pop Explosion is committing to providing our team with anti-oppression and anti-racism training. Additionally, we will be working with local organizations over the next year to create a list of local resources for our community. We also want to make this list available to those who create unsafe and uncomfortable space at our shows and venues by demonstrating racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and other discriminatory behaviors, so they too can begin unpacking their discriminatory behavior. As a festival, we will also spend the next several months addressing ways we can make our festival spaces safer for women, POC, and 2SLGBTQ+ folks.

To Lido Pimienta: we are sorry that one of our volunteers interrupted your art, your show, and your audience by being aggressive and racist. We have so much respect for the art and music you create and the space you make for women, people of colour, transgender, and non-binary people. The way you interact with the world acts and provides a thoughtful example. You are a role model to us and many people in our community. We see it. We feel it. We hope you will work with us again.

To the POC in the audience on Thursday night: we are sorry your night was interrupted, and perhaps ruined, by one of our volunteers. We are going to try our best as a festival to create ways to make our spaces safer and more accessible for you. We hope we can rebuild some trust and that you will come back to our shows.

Thanks everyone for reading. We are fielding many discussions already. If you would like to make your voice heard in these discussions, please don’t hesitate to contact the organization directly by emailing talkback@halifaxpopexplosion.com. We are listening.

– Georgie Dudka, on behalf of the Board of Directors for Halifax Pop Explosion

Yeah, your eyes aint fooling you. They apologized to LIDO! Not to the photographer, not to the people that had to move. Nope, they doubled down and apologized to her. But it gets even more special though. Had this just been an honest oversight and the reckless hasty response to criticism being fired their way, the comments section would’ve been left open. But if you go to their facebook page and comment you’ll see your comment but won’t see anyone else’s unless they’re friends of yours. Don’t believe me go and have a look for yourself

https://www.facebook.com/halifaxpopexplosion/

Luckily for all of us, the shares are available and boy are they getting ripped. And this was my point here. This is called shadowbanning or throttling. What Facebook does is bury the comments. You have to specifically do this Facebook doesn’t do this on its own. So at least one person at Halifax Pop Explosion knew that they were doing something wrong and tried to blunt it ahead of time.

SECOND example of burying comments

The last point to make on this Lido was getting so much heat for what she did that she had to respond twice.

http://www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/touring/8022018/lido-pimienta-speaks-out-after-racism-controversy-at-halifax-pop

Lido-Pimienta-2017-cr-ruthie-titus-billboard-1548

http://exclaim.ca/music/article/lido_pimienta_speaks_out_following_overt_racism_at_halifax_pop_explosion

No admission she had done anything wrong, IN FACT, Lido went on to explain that she does this all the time. Well, Lido that’s really special of you, kind of like that stunned idiot in the South during the 60’s that went on about how this is how he always treated blacks and can’t understand why they’re getting uppity now. Yeah, that’s how these articles came off to me. How dare them white folks get uppity.

Just on a final note here, if you live in Halifax or anywhere near there. I recommend you spend your dollars on other music events in Halifax next year, not the Halifax Pop Explosion

You know what? I really wish this was the end of the blog but it’s not. Read on brave traveler! Because NOW we get to of all publications The New York Times!

So this one started out when I saw a YouTube video by Steven Crowder

Steven did a hell of takedown on this article and if you need to find out how just watch the video above. And Yes, Charles M Blow played the race card to boot!

So this was what I was going to do. I was going to do. I was going to put Steven Crowders rebuttal video in the comments section of this article. Only to discover that just like Truthdig.com they had already closed the comments section 24 hours after the article had been published.

So OK maybe that was a one-off. In the process of discussing the first article, someone pointed out this New York Times article.

It too only had the comments section open 24 hours before they closed comments!

OK, now I’m starting to see a pattern here! Now, this could all just be a coincidence and for all I know this could just be a spate of this happening that could easily disappear next week. Except I distinctly recall the New York Times keeping their comments sections open weeks even months after the article was run. You also can’t dismiss that earlier this year online publications started moving away from comments sections. A place like the New York Times though is in a dilemma. They’re a huge publication that on the surface prides itself on being an open and fair marketplace of ideas.

The other problem in the past few months they’ve openly taken some stances that are patently regressive. At these times they like every other publication that has done this has gotten their ass handed to them in the comments section. So what do they do?

Here’s where the deep pockets and research come in handy. And to demonstrate this I’m going refresh your memory of an event that happened a couple years ago. Back in 2015 a petition was started to ban Daniel Baldwin from attending Supanova Pop Culture Fair

Daniel Baldwin

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2923644/Online-petition-calls-actor-Adam-Baldwin-banned-coming-Supanova-s-linked-Gamergate-movement-accused-harassing-women-online.html

https://www.communityrun.org/petitions/revoke-adam-baldwin-s-invite-to-the-supanova-pop-culture-expo

This petition started first and easily had a 1,000 plus signature lead before a counter-petition was started

https://www.communityrun.org/petitions/don-t-revoke-adam-baldwin-s-invite-to-the-supanova-pop-culture-expo

Despite having almost a week and a huge lead in the number of signatures. The Anti-Baldwin petition got fewer signatures even though they were being supported by parts of the mainstream media.

The reason why they lost is that once the petition was revealed Pro-Baldwin people were able to set up and organize a response that canceled out the initial support the ban Baldwin side had managed.

Deep pockets mean that you can pay people to analyze patterns and responses. And my thinking is this. They’ve discovered either by accident or on purpose that if you allow the comments section to stay open past a certain point in time, your critics are going to overwhelm their limited number of supporters. And let me make this clear, support for the regressives is on the decline. They can’t just disallow comments that would run contrary to the principles of a fair and open marketplace of ideas. So what do you do in a situation like this? Well as we saw with the Ban Daniel Baldwin petitions there’s a period of time between when an article is posted and when your critics see it and have the time to formulate and then post a response. Even longer before that response finds it’s way into the comments section of the original article. This period is called lag time, it’s the period between a stimulus (The New York Times article) and the Response (Steven Crowder’s YouTube Video). Steve Crowder got up on this fast but not fast enough.

By only allowing comments for 24 hours you limit the amount of time your critics have before they can respond directly to your article. It means that unless someone is really on the ball, only your regular readers get the chance to post up comments before the comments section closes. By the time it’s discovered and response can be made your comments are already closed. AND it gives publications plausible deniability because they’re allowing comments not blocking them.

Most people reading this know that’s a pretty slimy way of doing things! I’ve never been in the Armed Forces but pieces like these equate out to Raids. Go in, do your raid, and get out before stronger forces arrive. In the short run, these articles do very little damage. Long term though they can create the impression that our side is at the very least losing strength. This may not be the reality but again as most of us reading this article know. It’s not the reality that matters it’s the perception of it that does

its-what-you-see

So what can be done about this? This is both an easy and tough one to answer at the same time. The smarter more aware among us knew that this ‘culture war’ was going to have a back and forth to it. As stupid and insane as regressives are, the people at the top the ones attempting to ride these idiots into power are not stupid at all. It was really only a matter of time before they started figuring us out and adjusted their methods. It’s therefore up to us to adapt as well.

And here’s where it gets really difficult. Unlike the regressives, we have people from both sides of the political, cultural and theistic arenas on our side. We quite literally have Atheists and Christians, Liberals and Conservatives, PUA’s and MGTOW’s all on the same side. In fact, I’ve recently had to block someone who normally would’ve hopped on my group page in a cold second, and it was all over MGTOWMGTOW

So the best way to deal with raiders is with a rapid response. The idea is this there’s a central site that pays attention to press articles and can send the appropriate people to respond before the site has the chance to shut down their comments. This though puts someone right on the border of harassment and in fact, we know that Regressives wouldn’t hesitate one second to make that call. One other thing we can do is pay closer attention and realize that we’re a cultural war of sorts. The only way we can have peace with regressives is on bended knee and I’m not going to submit to that. Which means that you must be ready to respond when you see something.

There’s also a bigger issue to deal with here. Thus far we’ve been dealing with a disjointed, insane and not especially smart opposition. This, as we’ve seen in the last year, has changed. The responses to us become more coordinated and organized. Again this suggests that there’s an organization behind it. This group has deep pockets and access to all kinds of intelligence including how to analyze and defeat us. We’ve been lucky so far that they haven’t had a good tactician in their ranks otherwise we’d be in far more trouble than we are. It’s therefore imperative that we evolve to meet this new trend. I’m not going to get into what that’ll entail here. But for now, more awareness on how the media is responding to us is a good idea.

Or maybe this is just a flash in the pan! I wouldn’t complain at all if I was wrong on this.

Night Of The Digital Knives: Silicon Valley Launches Biggest Internet Censorship Purge In History – Return Of Kings

While I’m not normally a huge fan of ROK for a number of reasons. ROK can and does come up with articles worth sharing. This is one of those articles, it details the breakdown of all the internet attacks that took place a couple months back, offers decent alternatives to the current establishment paysites including alternatives to Patreon and also offer suggestions that I already follow (No Nazi signs even as a joke, no attacks on Jews)

Islamic Art And Architecture Expert Debunks Claims About Muslim Vikings

So this is the article that got things started I read this article by Ian Miles Cheong.

http://dailycaller.com/2017/10/16/islamic-art-and-architecture-expert-debunks-claims-about-muslim-vikings/

It reminds me of another archaeological myth that was floating around a few years ago that stated that half of Viking Warriors were women.

Female Viking

https://www.tor.com/2014/09/02/female-viking-warriors-proof-swords/

https://beta.theglobeandmail.com/life/half-of-viking-warriors-may-have-been-women-says-study/article20331819/?ref=http://www.theglobeandmail.com&

http://nerdist.com/female-vikings-were-just-as-prevalent-during-invasions-as-the-men/

This finding is like most PC Academic endeavors it ‘looked’ legit, but once people started peeling away the layers, the story wasn’t what it appeared to be.

This, of course, brought on a reaction from a now discredited cretin known as HannibaltheVictor13. Alas, HannibaltheVictor13 was outed as having done some pretty despicable things in his past and was going full-on SJW to compensate for it. Even going so far as to threaten Phil Mason (Thunderf00t) before being revealed as a sex offender

https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/youtube/Vd32MofXGzI

It all ended as far as I remembered at the time with Sargon of Akkad doing a rebuttal to HannibaltheVictor13’s video, which has been removed.

Yep this is the level of dishonesty that we’re dealing with on an almost daily basis right now. And by no means am I suggesting that Juan Cole is anywhere near the level of HannibaltheVictor13. There’s a reason I included the sidebar to the main article though which will be made clear at the end.

The Main Article

The original article posted at the start challenges the preposterous claim that Vikings and Muslims were one and the same. Yes, they were aware of each other and this thing called Mercantile Exchange can easily explain how the cloth got there. Naturally this level of dishonesty in the name of being politically correct quickly got called out by people who actually have working brains.

But instead of going away quietly they decided to pull out one the stupidest excuses for intellectual laziness I’ve come across, they pulled the race card. Because you see anyone who disagrees with this narrative must be a White Supremacist

Ian Miles Cheong

https://www.truthdig.com/…/yes-white-supremacists-vikings-…/
Juan Cole and “Truth Dig” had so much faith in their article that they blocked comments less than 24 hours after the article went up. So much for the marketplace of open ideas

But here’s the kicker, Ian Miles Cheong ISN’T WHITE! Logic is something that SJW’s are always in short supply of.

Now, Initially I was simply going to throw all of this down add a couple of comments add Sargon of Akkads video, then leave it alone. Except something happend that suggests to me that Juan Cole was doing may not have been an isolated incident. That earlier segment about the Female Viking Warriors getting debunked? Well guess what? They brought it back and nobody noticed except for ThuleanPerspective.

The evidence appears to just one single grave of a woman with weapons and armor. ThuleanPerspective isn’t quite as well read as Sargon of Akkad (No kidding) and when it comes to MGTOW he take his opinions and shove them up his ass. But in this particular case literature and biology both suggest in different ways that female warriors in any culture were extremelly rare.

But here’s an intellectual exercise or you could call it a conspiracy theory. The fact that both of these ideas came floating up again at around the same time is that a coincidence? Given what’s occuring in Scandanavian countries, especially Sweden. The establishment in these places could be looking for any reason to justify their current policies. Historical trends are something that’s been used before. Simply trot it out and then block anyone that challenges your narrative. Steve Shives, Anita Sarkeesian, Jonathan MacIntosh on the left use it. White Rose and Eric Dubay have been using it on the right. All you need to do here is just say it and then leave before your opponent has the chance to refute you.

Suddenly what Juan Cole and Truth Dig take on different tones if you look at it that way. Now is it that way? I personally don’t know, given what I do know about what’s going on in places like Sweden at the moment, I can’t dismiss this out of hand.

Am I off base here or do I have something to chew on please let me know.
