Racism, it’s not just for white people, and sexual harassment, it’s not just for men anymore, at least if a former bodyguard of one of the world’s biggest diva’s is to be believed. As reported by TMZ, the owner of the singer’s former security company has alleged that Mariah humiliated him by constantly referring to…
Not white myself, otherwise, I would’ve been out there posting these up too. To the idiots that get offended by someone being proud of their ancestry. Being proud of who you doesn’t mean that you a racist or against someone who isn’t of your race. I’m native american myself, proud of that, I also happen to believe that it’s fucking awesome being a guy! Does that make me a misogynist?
More than likely logic is most on the critics and apparently given the constant doubling down by SJW’s this is just going to keep escalating until someone gets themselves killed.
Just from me though Yes… It’s OK to be White
Last week we covered the story of a formal Police investigation being launched over the alleged hate crime that recently occurred at Boston College. A crime that was nothing more than the placement of a single poster on campus with the words “Don’t apologize for being white.” Seemingly inspired by this development and the overblown reaction to it. The infamous…
I recently came back to The Red Pill Nation after a very LONG hiatus! I’m still not sure why I stopped for a while. I did keep the facebook group going and it’s at 1083 members and climbing.
My full on return was brought on by the fallout that Harvey Weinstein created in the film community. This fallout didn’t just occur in Hollywood but also caused at least one person here to lose their job and for me personally, I had to spend a half day or so investigating the odd disappearance of several film contacts that just up and blocked me and one group that I got kicked out of. I started asking around and found out that I wasn’t the only one this had happened to. In my case, I did nothing wrong and broke no laws this didn’t stop people from using an event 10 years ago to settle a grudge.
And thus I came back slowly at first then I spotted this article by Ian Miles Cheong
Started following this story and wouldn’t you know it these idiots tried to play the race card
But wait! The rabbit hole gets deeper, not only did truthdig.com try to play the race card but they also only allowed comments on the article for less than 24 hours before closing them. Naturally, though this didn’t stop an actual academic from taking a closer look at the findings (Ironically with the last name of Mulder) and the whole narrative went down in flames. Red Ice TV did a kick-ass takedown of this story as well
And yes, I did my tiny part as well.
Now you would think that it would end there but it didn’t. One week later this article appeared on my Twitter feed
Pimienta invited “brown girls to the front” during her Oct. 19 show. The outspoken singer, who took home the Polaris Prize for her album “La Papessa” last month, frequently asks her audience to welcome people of colour to the front of the stage. In turn, she requests that white people move back.
Not surprisingly there were several whites, including a photographer that refused to do this. Now had the races been reversed there would’ve been an outpouring of anger that we never would’ve heard the end of. Now here’s where it gets good. The Halifax Pop Explosion APOLOGIZED TO HER! No, they never admitted any wrongdoing and for a few days, I thought about doing a blog just on this incident. First, there was the apology itself from Halifax Pop Explosion.
Dear attendees, fans, artists, staff, volunteers, and folks otherwise involved in the Halifax Pop Explosion. On Thursday, October 19 at the Marquee Club, a white HPX volunteer along with several other white people in the audience reacted to Lido Pimienta inviting “brown girls to the front” of the venue with overt racism. This volunteer was removed by Lido herself. They have since received notification from the festival that they are no longer welcome to volunteer with us.
We will not accept this behaviour and neither should you. Be responsible for your friends – talk to them and support them as they move towards unpacking their racism. People of Colour deserve safe spaces and it is your responsibility to help. It is also ours.
The Halifax Pop Explosion has worked hard in the past year to learn what embracing anti-racism and actively being inclusive of People of Colour and 2SLGBTQ+ folks entails. We take responsibility for missed opportunities to actively support POC artists this year and promise to build meaningful infrastructures within our festival through which to better support these communities in the future.
Halifax Pop Explosion is committing to providing our team with anti-oppression and anti-racism training. Additionally, we will be working with local organizations over the next year to create a list of local resources for our community. We also want to make this list available to those who create unsafe and uncomfortable space at our shows and venues by demonstrating racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and other discriminatory behaviors, so they too can begin unpacking their discriminatory behavior. As a festival, we will also spend the next several months addressing ways we can make our festival spaces safer for women, POC, and 2SLGBTQ+ folks.
To Lido Pimienta: we are sorry that one of our volunteers interrupted your art, your show, and your audience by being aggressive and racist. We have so much respect for the art and music you create and the space you make for women, people of colour, transgender, and non-binary people. The way you interact with the world acts and provides a thoughtful example. You are a role model to us and many people in our community. We see it. We feel it. We hope you will work with us again.
To the POC in the audience on Thursday night: we are sorry your night was interrupted, and perhaps ruined, by one of our volunteers. We are going to try our best as a festival to create ways to make our spaces safer and more accessible for you. We hope we can rebuild some trust and that you will come back to our shows.
Thanks everyone for reading. We are fielding many discussions already. If you would like to make your voice heard in these discussions, please don’t hesitate to contact the organization directly by emailing email@example.com. We are listening.
– Georgie Dudka, on behalf of the Board of Directors for Halifax Pop Explosion
Yeah, your eyes aint fooling you. They apologized to LIDO! Not to the photographer, not to the people that had to move. Nope, they doubled down and apologized to her. But it gets even more special though. Had this just been an honest oversight and the reckless hasty response to criticism being fired their way, the comments section would’ve been left open. But if you go to their facebook page and comment you’ll see your comment but won’t see anyone else’s unless they’re friends of yours. Don’t believe me go and have a look for yourself
Luckily for all of us, the shares are available and boy are they getting ripped. And this was my point here. This is called shadowbanning or throttling. What Facebook does is bury the comments. You have to specifically do this Facebook doesn’t do this on its own. So at least one person at Halifax Pop Explosion knew that they were doing something wrong and tried to blunt it ahead of time.
SECOND example of burying comments
The last point to make on this Lido was getting so much heat for what she did that she had to respond twice.
No admission she had done anything wrong, IN FACT, Lido went on to explain that she does this all the time. Well, Lido that’s really special of you, kind of like that stunned idiot in the South during the 60’s that went on about how this is how he always treated blacks and can’t understand why they’re getting uppity now. Yeah, that’s how these articles came off to me. How dare them white folks get uppity.
Just on a final note here, if you live in Halifax or anywhere near there. I recommend you spend your dollars on other music events in Halifax next year, not the Halifax Pop Explosion
You know what? I really wish this was the end of the blog but it’s not. Read on brave traveler! Because NOW we get to of all publications The New York Times!
So this one started out when I saw a YouTube video by Steven Crowder
Steven did a hell of takedown on this article and if you need to find out how just watch the video above. And Yes, Charles M Blow played the race card to boot!
So this was what I was going to do. I was going to do. I was going to put Steven Crowders rebuttal video in the comments section of this article. Only to discover that just like Truthdig.com they had already closed the comments section 24 hours after the article had been published.
So OK maybe that was a one-off. In the process of discussing the first article, someone pointed out this New York Times article.
It too only had the comments section open 24 hours before they closed comments!
OK, now I’m starting to see a pattern here! Now, this could all just be a coincidence and for all I know this could just be a spate of this happening that could easily disappear next week. Except I distinctly recall the New York Times keeping their comments sections open weeks even months after the article was run. You also can’t dismiss that earlier this year online publications started moving away from comments sections. A place like the New York Times though is in a dilemma. They’re a huge publication that on the surface prides itself on being an open and fair marketplace of ideas.
The other problem in the past few months they’ve openly taken some stances that are patently regressive. At these times they like every other publication that has done this has gotten their ass handed to them in the comments section. So what do they do?
Here’s where the deep pockets and research come in handy. And to demonstrate this I’m going refresh your memory of an event that happened a couple years ago. Back in 2015 a petition was started to ban Daniel Baldwin from attending Supanova Pop Culture Fair
This petition started first and easily had a 1,000 plus signature lead before a counter-petition was started
Despite having almost a week and a huge lead in the number of signatures. The Anti-Baldwin petition got fewer signatures even though they were being supported by parts of the mainstream media.
The reason why they lost is that once the petition was revealed Pro-Baldwin people were able to set up and organize a response that canceled out the initial support the ban Baldwin side had managed.
Deep pockets mean that you can pay people to analyze patterns and responses. And my thinking is this. They’ve discovered either by accident or on purpose that if you allow the comments section to stay open past a certain point in time, your critics are going to overwhelm their limited number of supporters. And let me make this clear, support for the regressives is on the decline. They can’t just disallow comments that would run contrary to the principles of a fair and open marketplace of ideas. So what do you do in a situation like this? Well as we saw with the Ban Daniel Baldwin petitions there’s a period of time between when an article is posted and when your critics see it and have the time to formulate and then post a response. Even longer before that response finds it’s way into the comments section of the original article. This period is called lag time, it’s the period between a stimulus (The New York Times article) and the Response (Steven Crowder’s YouTube Video). Steve Crowder got up on this fast but not fast enough.
By only allowing comments for 24 hours you limit the amount of time your critics have before they can respond directly to your article. It means that unless someone is really on the ball, only your regular readers get the chance to post up comments before the comments section closes. By the time it’s discovered and response can be made your comments are already closed. AND it gives publications plausible deniability because they’re allowing comments not blocking them.
Most people reading this know that’s a pretty slimy way of doing things! I’ve never been in the Armed Forces but pieces like these equate out to Raids. Go in, do your raid, and get out before stronger forces arrive. In the short run, these articles do very little damage. Long term though they can create the impression that our side is at the very least losing strength. This may not be the reality but again as most of us reading this article know. It’s not the reality that matters it’s the perception of it that does
So what can be done about this? This is both an easy and tough one to answer at the same time. The smarter more aware among us knew that this ‘culture war’ was going to have a back and forth to it. As stupid and insane as regressives are, the people at the top the ones attempting to ride these idiots into power are not stupid at all. It was really only a matter of time before they started figuring us out and adjusted their methods. It’s therefore up to us to adapt as well.
And here’s where it gets really difficult. Unlike the regressives, we have people from both sides of the political, cultural and theistic arenas on our side. We quite literally have Atheists and Christians, Liberals and Conservatives, PUA’s and MGTOW’s all on the same side. In fact, I’ve recently had to block someone who normally would’ve hopped on my group page in a cold second, and it was all over MGTOW
So the best way to deal with raiders is with a rapid response. The idea is this there’s a central site that pays attention to press articles and can send the appropriate people to respond before the site has the chance to shut down their comments. This though puts someone right on the border of harassment and in fact, we know that Regressives wouldn’t hesitate one second to make that call. One other thing we can do is pay closer attention and realize that we’re a cultural war of sorts. The only way we can have peace with regressives is on bended knee and I’m not going to submit to that. Which means that you must be ready to respond when you see something.
There’s also a bigger issue to deal with here. Thus far we’ve been dealing with a disjointed, insane and not especially smart opposition. This, as we’ve seen in the last year, has changed. The responses to us become more coordinated and organized. Again this suggests that there’s an organization behind it. This group has deep pockets and access to all kinds of intelligence including how to analyze and defeat us. We’ve been lucky so far that they haven’t had a good tactician in their ranks otherwise we’d be in far more trouble than we are. It’s therefore imperative that we evolve to meet this new trend. I’m not going to get into what that’ll entail here. But for now, more awareness on how the media is responding to us is a good idea.
Or maybe this is just a flash in the pan! I wouldn’t complain at all if I was wrong on this.
And you wonder why so many men are going MGTOW! This article spells out all the risks and how the culture currently stands better than pretty much anything else I’ve read lately.
CRIMINALIZING MALE SEXUALITY By James Jackson, Male sexuality is becoming illegal. Women are abusing their sexual power, and via feminism, are setting up all male sexual behavior as potentially cr…
We’ve seen it for the four or five decades now. Feminists and SJW’s could say what they wanted when they wanted and how much they wanted. The left won the culture won, and since 1992 have won the popular vote in almost every major US election except 2004 and in most other western countries, this has also been the case.
I first started seeing ugly examples of Political Correctness in the Mid 80’s. At the time though Reagan was running the show in the US, Brian Mulroney was PM in Canada where I live, and Margaret Thatcher was PM in Great Britain. Plus there was the tacit support that was being given for what was happening in South Africa at the time.
What I need to keep in mind here is that I was only a few months removed from what may have been a fatal drug addiction and I was still in my late teens and early twenties back then. Didn’t know much (Still only know what I know) but I had much more pressing issues in my life at the time, like learning how to live for instance. The PC stuff that was going on around me appeared to be and to a certain extent was a pushback against a then dominant conservative narrative. The events in the 60’s weren’t just an obscure event that happened 50 years earlier. Most adults back then had at least some memory of what had happened, both good and bad.
This was also the first time I ran into Misandry. It was with a group of women in a 12 step group I belonged to. These women were damaged, and in pain, I mean real pain too not just the kind of faux bullshit triggering you see these days. These women found each other and bonded, and they made it VERY CLEAR that they had no intention of being friendly to any of the men in the meeting. Of course, not every woman was like this and I got to witness some of these women get past their pain and become beautiful people. Nobody in the group ever called them on their Misandry, not the men, not other women that weren’t in their circle, nobody did it was assumed they’d get over it. Some of them did too, a lot of them though clearly didn’t!
I had my own issues to deal with I assumed that these women would eventually grow out of the state that they were in and the ship would right itself. After all, nobody in their right mind would let such crazy people run their movement right?
I also began to encounter Men’s Issues in of all places Penthouse Magazine. I can’t remember the name of the man accused but a college age male at Brown University had drunken sex with another student. That woman was later on convinced that she had been raped and brought charges against the man, this was 1987!
Ironic in light of this article that came out recently on Heat Street
And then there was what happened to Jimmy the Greek as well, comments taken completely out of context caused him to lose his job
I’m not going to turn this into a history lesson in my progression into a Shitlord here. What we have and still have is the ability of the regressives with help from the media to push whatever narrative they wanted at any time. So for the better part of five decades, a woman or SJW could destroy a person just on their say so.
Then the Internet came along
The old standbys that Feminists had been using and the old cultural and biological mores that had from the very beginning of time had been preventing men from different social and cultural circles from talking to each began to break down. Liberals and Conservatives, Atheists and Christians men and women began speaking to each other online. It wasn’t always friendly, and in some cases, it was downright hostile. But in the case of Feminism and later on SJW’s notes began to compared and SURPRISE it turned out that these otherwise separate groups had much in common with each other than they had expected!
To give you an idea of what men had to work against Turd Flinging Monkey did an Enemies of Man series that I’d encourage anyone, not just MGTOW to go and watch
Along the way a unique movie called “The Matrix” came out, it was popular beyond all expectations, specifically, though the film introduced a metaphor that now resounds in the manosphere, this metaphor or symbol is called “The Red Pill.”
There had been of course other ways to describe a transformation from one being awake from being unaware and allowing your mind to only run on autopilot. There wasn’t an actual tangible symbol for such a state until this movie came out. Yes Total Recall also had Red Pill moment in it as well, but the symbology was different
Needless to say, the awakening had begun.
Events continued to unfold Loreena Bobbit, Duke Lacrosse both happened. Feminists and more specifically Radical Feminists continued to use the same tactics as the Manosphere slowly evolved. It was the same old song and dance for them though. Say what you want, do what you want because there are no consequences. The media controlled the dialogue, and the internet was a niche that nobody took seriously. Feminists could afford to be dismissive of men and everything in manosphere. After all, they were just a bunch of whiny losers, right? Then the calendar switched to 2013!
There had of course been a shot fired across the bow before Donglegate, but this was dismissed, even by me as “a bunch of uptight idiots.” What I’m referring to is Sharon Osborne’s comment on the view that though had happened a couple of years before Donglegate.
Suddenly for the first time real consequences for a feminist that had gone too far, clear there had been real-world implications for this kind of behavior. Since this event, it’s been very easy to deal with Feminism in its current form. They simply keep doing the things they’ve always done in the past like there’s no consequence because the support both financial and cultural had always been there.
Move ahead just a mere four years after Donglegate. Feminism is now getting absolutely mauled, some feminists have figured this out. Refer to this video and link below posted by John the Other
The link above is a fascinating read, not only for its conclusions but also for the level of denial and outright falsehoods that are in it.
Again though this was all well and good the Manosphere had the facts and truth on its side. Which was clearly counterbalanced by the fact that Feminists dominated the mainstream media. This gave them the ability to keep the truth out and also enable them to keep peddling lies like the wage gap and rape culture with little or no opposition. What little did come was viscously attacked. But they something else happened, and that something was Donald Trump becoming president
I’m not saying that like it’s a good thing. Personally, I would’ve voted third party myself. It’s not that he won, it’s more like he won DESPITE not having any support from any of the mainstream media outside of FOX. He won for a variety of reasons Hillary Clinton was a very poor choice by the Democrats for instance. But it was the coverage and attention that social media was giving these issues in the face of the fact that the mainstream media was in the words of Noam Chomsky blatantly trying to manufacture consent.
Now social media is a problem! Now, all of a sudden simply having a few regressives in critical editing posts doesn’t guarantee an outcome. But most importantly to Feminists everywhere, now it dawns on a lot of them that they no longer have exclusive control of the dialogue. Going on TV and spouting off lies and half truths that can’t withstand thirty seconds of fact checking online produce diminishing returns. Ironically the more they do it, the more attention they bring to the lying they’re doing. But if they shut up and don’t say anything then the assertions being made about them, much like the very ones they used to make (except ours are the truth) go unchallenged. And if that isn’t all, there’s also the problem that now old school media is now got its own long-ignored issues to deal with. There’s a new kid on the block that new kid is the Alternate Media.
This has put this current manifestation of Feminism in a very tight spot. The attack the mainstream media are having on the alternative media are only causing the Streisand effect.
The media right now as expected is more concerned with taking down Donald Trump no matter what it costs. They’re doing almost everything they can at the moment to regain the narrative that they’ve now lost. Unless Feminists are headed in this same direction (They are) they’re going to get left by the wayside. All of this attention focused on the elected President though has started to have a detrimental effect elsewhere. You see that once bottomless well of money and attention isn’t bottomless after all.
The Manosphere simply by standing there and allowing the screeching harpies to screech and the pointing it out to everyone have brought feminist support crashing. The constant out of touch and in some case blatantly sexist articles being run by feminists isn’t getting ignored anymore. It’s finally starting to show now for the first time that I can recall, and Feminist organization is running out of money!
If that’s not all Fairfax Media, the company that employs Clementine Ford is also slowly dying
The well is indeed running dry! And not just financially either, just when the Rad-Fems badly needed an influx of financial and cultural capital Donald Trump gets elected, and their strongest and most potent tool in their arsenal is quickly becoming obsolete. Tie that in with the constant lying and harassment of critics and you have a situation that starting to look desperate. Ironically enough to as successful as the million woman march was it consumed a significant amount of both financial capital and goodwill to happen.
All those people, all those speeches, all the rhetoric and it had zero effect on their opponents
You add all this together and combine it with the fact that despite all the noise made at this March, nothing has been delivered so far. While Everyday Feminism could just be a momentary blip there’s no denying that the well is starting to run dry.
And they did it to themselves! I could say more but the evidence pretty much speaks for itself and there are other blog posts.
Because it’s not men working! It’s attack Helicopters working
